Our expert medical team at the La Jolla Women’s Surgery Center provides patients with exceptional care throughout their treatment. When patients walk into the surgery center, they already know the medical team. And the team is familiar with— and knowledgeable about— each and every case.
The new surgery center is an out of network health care provider, and as such does not participate with most third party claims, administrators or insurance carriers.
La Jolla Women’s Surgery Center is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF) and is Medicare certified.

Our medical team at the La Jolla Women’s Surgery Center is committed to making your experience as comfortable as possible. They’ve thought of everything, including the introduction of the world’s first warming gown for patients. The Bair Paws Warming System –a welcome innovation—pushes heated air through surgical gowns to keep patients warm and cozy during and after surgery.
In addition to providing for your comfort, the surgery center staff is always focused on offering the best health care available for its patients. Your health is our priority. If you are a new patient, please fill out the online “new patient” forms before you visit the surgery center. Completing the forms prior to your appointment will save you time and allow us to serve you more efficiently.

From the North:
If you are approaching La Jolla from the north on I-5, please exit on Genesee Ave. and turn left on Genesee. At the second light, please turn right onto Scripps La Jolla Hospital Drive. Please take a ticket and proceed straight past the hospital and past the Ximed building and follow the drive around to the parking structures.
From the South:
If you are approaching La Jolla from the south on I-5, please exit on Genesee Ave. and turn right on Genesee. At the first light, please turn right onto Scripps La Jolla Hospital Drive. Please take a ticket and proceed straight past the hospital and past the Ximed building and follow the drive around to the parking structures.
Located adjacent to Scripps Memorial Hospital in the Ximed building.
